Nuru Toto Foundation is a community home, daycare and feeding programme caring for 95 orphaned, abandoned and vulnerable children — from 6 months to 23 years old.
Nuru Toto Foundation is a charitable institution situated in Athi River, opposite Star Sheikh School gate at the ground bordering Apex Steel Plant Company. We are a residence for orphans, abandoned, abused and desperate children — and a community-oriented home for the families around us.
We started a nonprofit daycare and a feeding programme as a way to give back to our community and seriously help parents struggling to make ends meet.

Rev. Florence is the heart and visionary of Nuru Toto Foundation. She holds a Master's Degree in Theology and has dedicated her life to pastoral care, child welfare and community development. Under her leadership the foundation has grown into a home of refuge for 95 orphaned, abandoned and vulnerable children — rooted in the conviction that service to God is service to humanity.
